For the SAUCE
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper red divided into two” long strips of thinness
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt kosher
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- Half and half, 1/2 cup
- 2 cups of fresh spinach roughly chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment or a baking mat with silicone and place aside.
